Growing area "Moulis" - From mills and people
Today the wheel has turned! The vineyards are surrounded by pine trees and is thus protected from strong winds, which contributes to a very favorable micro-climate in which the grapes can ripen optimally. The soils are composed of gravelly terraces, interrupted by muddy or chalky formations. The resulting sequence of light and warm and colder and deeper soils offers perfect conditions for the Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, grown in equal parts.
The interaction between terroir and meticulous work to bring forth a ruby-colored drops, who lives by a powerful fruit. Well integrated tannins and lively acidity offer carefree gatherings. Properly stored, it promises a wine drinking pleasure for further 7-10 years.
