The history of the family estate starts with its purchase in 1893 by Pierre-Paul Tomasini. The farm was then a large oil mill built in 1850. At the end of the 19th century, the estate comprised vines and olive trees. From 1945 onwards, Roger Maestracci enlarged the estate by making different purchases and from 1973 began planting what was to become the present wineyard.
The various grape varieties planted on the 29 ha are typical of the island: Nielluccio, Sciacarello, Vermentinu and Grenache.
