THE PRODUCER:

The spirit of this cultured family is felt everywhere in the winery.
The vineyards follow a unique position classification, the basement is not flashy but modern, super sauper and also well adapted to the vinification of smaller documents. The decor is simple and convincing, and the most important thing: the wines from among the stony Corbièresböden lots of character and independence, and present himself as this young wine with finesse and elegance as a rare encounter there. The tannins in the Red wines are typical for the region abundant. But you have a fine grain that melts on the tongue and never hurts.
Beautiful example of the Önologieweisheit that it does not depend on the amount of tannins, but on their quality.
