THE PRODUCER:

In a relatively short time, Nicolas Potel has established itself as one of the leading wine-Negociants in Burgundy. Potel itself has no vineyards, and buys around 40 winemakers his grapes, which he has full control of the winegrowing. Nicolas has preferred to biodynamic viticulture, since he believes that the key to quality is the time of the vines in the vineyard. Therefore, it uses much less sulfur than its neighbors. The expansion is carried out in the basement as natural as possible (waiving of yeasts, mild Presung etc.). Tasting notes: Dark ruby red color. Bouquet: red (cherry), fern, white flowers and spices. Taste: Fine toasted. Round palate with a good length and aromas of dark fruits. The tannins are silky and well balanced. It is a complete and pleasant wine with a nice finish.
