Jean Paul Brun is a pioneer in the Beaujolais, for over 20 years (when he took over the vineyards of his father) he fights for original, unmanipulated wines and works only organic and organic.
His vineyard of the Terres Dorées extends over 26 ha in the south of the Beaujolais on a terroir with clay and chalky soil. He is a pioneer of naturally-preserved Beaujolais (of course, all
handicrafts) and is regularly distinguished as the best winemaker in the region. The vinification of the Chardonnay and the Gamay according to the Burgundian model and the fermentation with
exclusively natural yeasts produce extraordinarily elegant, wonderfully rich and yet fruity fresh wines with low alcohol content. I could not resist!
